Yoga found me many years ago, but it was during my time in Koh Samui-through an incredible Vinyasa teacher - that I truly fell in love with the practice. Since childhood, I have lived all over the world - from Czech republic, U.K to the US, Malaysia, India, Indonesia, and Thailand - constantly moving, never fully rooted. Yoga became the o

Yoga found me many years ago, but it was during my time in Koh Samui-through an incredible Vinyasa teacher - that I truly fell in love with the practice. Since childhood, I have lived all over the world - from Czech republic, U.K to the US, Malaysia, India, Indonesia, and Thailand - constantly moving, never fully rooted. Yoga became the one place I could return to again and again. A place of grounding, peace, and inner homecoming. 


As  a mother of two, I have experienced the raw beauty and deep challenges of parenthood. After my first child, I quietly struggled with baby blues - a topic rarely spoken about in my world. I was raised in a family that valued strength through self-reliance: do not complain, work hard, carry on. Praise was not part of the language growing up-so it is with a mix of humor and healing that I now hear, in my late 40s, "well done" from my parents ... for yoga. 


Through it all, yoga has been my anchor. It is a practice I now share with others, hoping to create spaces where people feel safe, supported, and seen-just as I needed when I began. 


I am certified yoga teacher and therapist in training, offering individual, couple, and group sessions that support not only the body, but also the mind, heart, and overall well-being. My approach intergrates movement and mindfulness to create space for deeper connection, healing and growth.
